Brought my stock sports car in to get an alignment. They were able to perform it and get me in same day. Service was quick. Here's the problem, they were unable to provide the alignment results. The sheet that shows before and after values. This may not be important to most people but 1) it shows they actually made a change, a receipt of work. 2) clearly this is something we care about. I brought in a sports car, told him multiple times about the alignment specs and brought up bringing other cars we own with custom alignment specs. Their excuse is the printer is broken. I'm not sure what kind of primitive system doesn't save the days results and alignments but he was unable to lookup and take a picture for me. I'm just supposed to take his word that 'everything is straight'. You should default to taking pictures to have something to show for the work I am paying for. This all being said, the car does drive well. It feels like they did good with the alignment, but numbers matter and show proof.
Thank you Tyler I will look into the printer issue. We are in the process of updating our alignment machine specs and will only be setting specs to factory settings going forward. We no longer offer custom specs for modified vehicles as we are not a speed shop.
