I have used Austin Automotive for practically everything. It’s conveniently located and Chris is awesome. You can tell they truly enjoy doing their job, and care about customer satisfaction over at Austin Automotive. 100% would recommend.

Great service, very friendly and explained everything prior to any service completed. Went in for my passenger-side windshield wiper not working. Knew it wasn't the motor since the driver-side wiper still worked. Called me the next day and explained it was a wiper transmission failure and explained thoroughly what would have to be done to fix it. I have an older truck (2001) so of course the original parts aren't available anymore but they were able to find replacement parts and after doing some research, figure out why the the initial replacement parts didn't resolve the issue. Overall great experience!

They fixed my AC Blend door actuator. It was a costly repair but it was reasonable and fairly priced. A minor issue came up with my DRL sensors but they ordered the sensor and fixed it for me free of charge at a later date.

They were got me in and out quickly for my car inspection, even on a Saturday. Very courteous and helpful staff!
