Went for an inspection, did not have to wait very long. Was very fast.

AAS was recommended to me by a dear friend who has been a customer of AAS for over 8 years. I called and the manager, Chris, booked my appointment and answered my questions about the Car Car Protection plan that I had already purchased from the dealer when I bought my truck. Chris was gracious, helpful, and kind. He got me in and out as anticipated, and was professional from our first interaction. I will certainly return to AAS and hopefully continue to have my vehicles serviced at this location.

My van was a hot mess due to a faulty part that was causing multiple issues (I can’t even name them all), fixing everything was expensive but it would’ve been expensive anywhere, but what set this location apart was their manner. They took their time to thoroughly explain the issues, I never felt rushed asking questions (I called multiple times too). They did their best to find the best parts and deals, tried their best to get my van fixed sooner (I use it for work), overall I felt they genuinely cared about my situation and urgency. They were extremely kind and patient. Clay and his team are now my go-to shop! Plan on getting all my services and maintenance done there. Really appreciate them!

I like the service at the Austin's Automotive off Research Blvd. when I called earlier in the week the connection wasn't great (we couldn't hear each other clearly) and I appreciated the callbacks from both myself and the person working the phone that morning. After a couple of phone tries the call was clear and we were able to talk and get my car's appointment scheduled for an oil change. I asked to ensure that they had the parts and items needed for my 2014 Chevrolet Spark and they were able to assure me they did and it just made it easier in getting the appointment scheduled. The morning of the appointment I decided to wait for the car since again it's an oil change and ALWAYS tell them to take their time, I know their busy as well and the car was serviced in less than an hour making me surprisingly happy. Thank You Austin's Automotive for caring for your customers so much and ALWAYS putting them first. You guys are the best at what you do!

Great service, attitude and explanation..brakes arent cheap, but I think I got a great deal. Higjly recommend thrm!!
