The service team was very helpful, it was easy to set up an appointment, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and worked with the warranty company to coordinate the costs of repairs. Once I agreed with the repairs, they completed the repairs quickly and I had my vehicle back in less time than I expected.

Austin Automotive is a true blessing! Always came for oil changes and had an easy and quick experience. My car randomly stopped and after sitting in the dodge dealership’s repair shop for months with no answers. I finally decided to have my car towed here. Once my Dodge Dart made it into Austin Automative hands from start to finish my mind stayed at ease. Just amazing communication, very honest, timely and considerate cost.
