I took my car here last Tuesday, Wednesday I was told there were several things wrong and the repairs were going to cost around 3-4k and would take 5-7 business days to complete. Since the car was just purchased it was covered under the warranty and they managed to finish the job in two days! When I went to pick it up, I was so thankful because it was finished early, and when does that ever happen? Well the receipt of the work completed didn’t match what I was told on the phone and this work only cost a couple hundred bucks. Two days later my check engine light is back on. Don’t go here. Oh I forgot to mention that my car was spotless when I took it in and when I got it back the interior was filthy.
I am sorry Amber. We have some miscommunication here. You were not given an actual estimate until after we diagnosed the vehicle. That was what the bill ended up being. If your engine light is back on we will be more than happy to find out what the issue is. As far as your interior it was in the exact same condition when it left as when it arrived. We performed no service to the interior. The filth and trash in the car was pre-existing.
