I've been here quite a few times and If your looking for general mechanic work or projects, just ask. They do more than oil changes and maintenance (though they do these well and quickly). I had a defective seal in my radiator and kept putting off getting it fixed until Austin Automotive quoted a price for parts and labor that was reasonable. Replacing stuff on cars is easy if it's lights and wipers, but sometimes you just need to get that work done to prolong the life of your vehicle. Have been driving the truck 3 years without leaks and worth the time. Like usual, try call ahead as sometimes its hit or miss on time slots. Would give 5 stars if they could hire an emissions tester as I find this chore a PITA every year. :)

I use these guys for all my car maintenance and issues. Fast friendly honest service! I had another shop tell me I needed all this expensive work done on my car, I took it here and told me I only needed to fix an oil leak. They could've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but they stayed honest and fixed the oil leak.

Clay and his team are outstanding in customer service and in tracking down hard to diagnose problems. My 18 year old Chevy work truck has over 225,000 miles on it thanks to them, and I plan to keep it running for another 225,000. Always polite, honest, and fast with their service. They do a great job of explaining issues as well as potential issues, so you don't have to know a lot about cars to understand the problem(s).
