Car would not start after being jumped the day before. I experienced the same problem and it was suggested by the company who previously jumped the car to have the alternator checked. I made an appointment and it was diagnosed that the battery was the problem, mind you the battery was only 10 months old and under warranty and company that installed it replaced it with a new one. The specialist checked the alternator after the new battery was installed and sure enough the reading was normal. Andy the dispatcher, who by the way never seemed to get a break from the phone constantly ringing, and the specialist provided me with outstanding service. They are truly legit. Thanks again.

I completely feel like I was taken for a ride here. Would never recommend them to anyone. Paid $130 for them to have my car for 4 days. Had to pay for something that I never approved. They put 1 can of freon in my car to check for leaks, threatened to take it out when I declined to go forward with full repair, then charged me for the can of freon they decided they would leave in, plus the $100 diagnostic fee. The car was 100% the same as when I took it in. Will never trust this establishment to be honest.

We are sorry you were unhappy with our service. We discounted the services we provided to help you out since you said you could not afford to fix what was needed. We merely asked if you wanted to pay for the Freon and keep it.
