Car would not start after being jumped the day before. I experienced the same problem and it was suggested by the company who previously jumped the car to have the alternator checked. I made an appointment and it was diagnosed that the battery was the problem, mind you the battery was only 10 months old and under warranty and company that installed it replaced it with a new one. The specialist checked the alternator after the new battery was installed and sure enough the reading was normal. Andy the dispatcher, who by the way never seemed to get a break from the phone constantly ringing, and the specialist provided me with outstanding service. They are truly legit. Thanks again.
