Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Amazing customer service and such an easy process! Dropped off my car on a Saturday before closing and they had it done on Monday! I was out of town but gave them contact info for an approved fam member to pick up my car and it went over smoothly!

I took my vehicle for a crank no start issue. I'm thankful for the kindness and attentiveness during the entire process and course of repair. The communication and availability to provide updates was phenomenal and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of "car/vehicle" knowledge. I wasn't over charged nor pressed to get more things fixed or changed. I appreciate the team and the help and knowledge they provided.

As always, service was professional, reasonable cost and timely.

The best experience I've ever had going to an auto mechanic. I was concerned that my brakes needed to be changed because of some shuddering in the wheels when I braked. It turns out that my rotors are a bit warped but my brake pads are still good. Melissa suggested that I return in a few months to replace rotors and pads. She told me that my car was safe to drive which was my concern. I will never take my car to any other mechanic than Melissa's Austin Automotive on 12990 Research Blvd.
