Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I've gone to this location since moving to the area. The manager, Clay, is so helpful. This is not the closest automotive place to me anymore but I make the trip because of the confidence I have in this place. Always appreciate their genuine service. Needed a new battery this week and was out in 30 minutes and able to get to work on time. So grateful it all worked out.

Dan is extremely kind and accommodating when you call to schedule an appointment. Asks many questions to best understand what our need was for service. Thoroughly explained what the diagnostic process found and what the sequence of events would be to do repairs. First time ever I have received photos of my car and the simple break down by category for service. Seriously impressed ! Found them on a Google search and understand now why they have been rated so high. A completely pleasant auto repair experience; I know, that sounds like an oxymoron but it’s NOT. I’m not from Texas so I trusted reviews. It’s a pleasure to experience great customer service in a time when most businesses have forgotten that is the first product they sell BEFORE the service of their specific trade! Welcome to kindness and accommodation with these guys! Definitely recommend!

I had a major leak on an engine oil VTC strainer cover that resulted to an oil spill all over my engine. A friend recommended Austin Automotive & I'm so grateful. Although I had to wait over a week for an open appointment slot, it was worth the wait. From the time I walked in until the time I picked up my car, they were helpful, understanding & consistent in staying in touch with me on the status of my car. I left my car at the shop for 1 night. I originally had this work quoted at another shop for $2,500 yet Austin Automotive only charged me $480. I was amazed. My car sounds brand new & I thank Andy & his crew for giving me a peace of mind. I will DEFINITELY come back!

Went in because the check engine light was on in my car. They gave a detail breakdown on what the issue was and the part that needed replacement. Would recommend this place for anyone that is having car issues. 10/10

Great service ! I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. It took a while but only because they fixed an unrelated problem they found. Also have done state inspections here, very fast service !
