Came in as a walk-in and needed a wheel balance before traveling for the holidays. They were very friendly and helpful, and as quick as they said it would be. They also did not try to sell me on a bunch of maintenance that every car practically needs, which I definitely appreciated. I recommend!

This is the place!!!! Jerome always keeps me informed of what is going on with my car and the best way to get it fixed. Bring your car in for scheduled maintenance and if you think something needs to be looked at.

I LOVE this place. Friendly as all get out. Honest (JT, who runs the place, said it was an easy fix but better to have it taken care of at my dealership since it was likely the car was still under warranty (it was). My mind is blown!! I came to Austin Automotive Specialists today to get new brakes put on my truck. I waited about an hour for them to check out my truck to see what was needed so they could give me a price to repair. I was incredibly surprised when Paul came out to tell me that my brakes are fine and they don't need replacement. He could have easily charged me for new brakes but instead showed extreme integrity by being honest with me. I will definitely need the brakes in the future and Austin Automotive Specialists in Hutto will be place I bring all of my vehicles from now on. great people who give great service

My Infiniti had a couple dash lights come on with the onset of the cold weather. The brakes had 50k on them and I read online that with the cold the brake fluid might be condensing, sending a brake fluid warning which was automatically turning off the traction control. Also the light for passenger side airbag was on. I strolled into their shop late friday morning apparently missing the early morning rush. They downloaded the computer evaluation diagnosing bad sensors for both issues. My brakes with 50k miles were still in good shape, fluid was full, No upsale! They recommended taking to dealer as they would not be able to calibrate the sensors. No charge on the Eval and No upsale for anything else!

Quality car care and quality service. Ryan and Clay are always so helpful and welcoming. Sometimes it can be intimidating walking into an automotive shop. I rarely feel comfortable or like I am getting an honest answer but this place is the best! They are quick, kind and precise. I will continue to take my family's cars here for years to come!
