These guys really care about their customers and they do a great job! I had to travel to Louisiana for my father n law's funeral and they were able to fit me in on such short notice. Not only did they do my oil change, but they rotated my tires and gave my car an inspection. These guys always go above and beyond for their customers and for that I will be a customer for life!

Excellent service and customer service. Called at 8 am about my car issue and they made time for me to bring my car in ASAP. They looked at my car and knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed same day.

Melissa and the team at Austin Automotive (12990 Research Blvd, Austin) are the best. So knowledgeable and helpful. It’s never fun to have automotive issues but at least I can trust that Melissa will be honest about what needs to be done and what can possibly wait. The work is always done in a timely manner and it’s done right!!

Nice people. Fast service. There's a nail salon and a couple places to get snacks nearby if you want to do something while you wait.

We have an older vehicle that is kept for sentimental reasons which my oldest drives and Andy always takes the best care of us and keeps him safe. We originally came here because it was very close by, but we really stumbled upon a gem of a place. They care and always go above and beyond and it feels like the old days where you have a real relationship with your mechanic.

they always have time to work on my vehicles and do a good job and it’s way cheaper than the dealer! The guys there are respectful and honest! Some times if it’s something easy of a repair they tell you if you want to do it your self and save the money or let them do it! Not Many shops do that!

Austin Automotive is my recommended Auto care facility, very knowledgeable ,detail oriented and careful with handling our vehicles. The staff are friendly, honest and informative during the repair process. I’d rate it a 10!!
