Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Had maintenance items done here on my Ford Escape 1-7-2023. Melissa and everyone we encountered were friendly and professional. This was our first time going to Austin Automotive Specialists and this will definitely be our go to place for repairs and maintenance.

I had a really bad shaking problem on my chevy equinox so I called and set up an appointment for the same day. I needed new rotors and brakes due to warping of my rotors. They had me in and out within an hour the staff were super friendly will definitely be back! Thank Guys!!

Service was great, good communication, fairly quick. Only downside were prices seemed kinda high. $96 for a tire rotation seems a little steep.

Went to this place because the reviews were good. I just needed a simple oil change. When I went to pay I noticed the price was above what it would normally cost. Turns out they gave me the synthetic oil, which I did not ask for nor did they ask me which I wanted. Then when I drove off I realized they didn't even top off my wiper fluid. Someone did reach out to "to try to make up for it" but when I took it back in I waited an hour just for them to "check it more thoroughly" and add wiper fluid. ***THEY LITERALLY CHECKED TO SEE IF THAT TYPE OF OIL WAS REQUIRED BY THE MANUFACTURE AND TOLD ME IT WAS NOT.

Guys were very nice to everyone waiting. They tried to remove a messg on my car but was unable to....I appreciate the effort.

Excellent work as always. Brought my old girl in and she was running RUFF! Other shops gave me grief but not Chris and Eddy. They took care of me with 10/10 customer service and she's driving as smooth as a new Cadillac. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
