This mechanic was recommended to me by a coworker. I was having battery issues which turned out to be the alternator. I was told it would be a couple of days before they could get to it, but within a day it was ready. The staff were knowledgeable, and did not talk down to me because I am a woman. I would recommend Austin Automotive to anyone.

It’s rare to say about car repairs but I had a wonderful experience at Austin Automotive. I went in for a check engine light and when they discovered there wasn’t an actual issue they didn’t charge me a dime. They made sure to explain things thoroughly to me and were honest about issues. I called Austin Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park and reached Ryan who told me I could come in for an Annual Inspection right away. Even though they appeared very busy, they completed the inspection quickly and sent me on my way. They were very friendly and efficient and the waiting room was comfortable.
