I'll never go here again, horrible experience. Stay away form this dinghy crooked place. Very unfriendly with little to no greeting when I arrived. I knew it was the ballast for my driver side light but was still charged a $79.99, which I was not informed about before hand, for diagnostic fee when I refused service when quoted approximately $650 to replace the ballast. Finally when picking up my car I noticed the hood and truck were not latched which could have ended in disaster if the hood blew up while driving. I will never recommend anyone to this place!
Sir, We asked you if you wanted us to replace the part or diagnose it first because we knew Ballasts are very expensive. You agreed to the half hour charge. Had we just changed the ballast without confirming it bad and it turned out not to be the problem, How would you feel about that?
