Staff was very nice. When a bigger issue than alignment was discovered, they ordered a part for me that day to fix the issue on the same day. When this turned into a way more expensive ordeal than anticipated, they also helped me find a coupon for the service, which is much appreciated. They seem busy, so make an appointment ahead of time!

This is my second experience working with Austin's Automotive Specialists. Both have been excellent. Chris tells you what needs to be done, how much it will cost and those things that maybe you can put off for a little while if needed. There is no hard sale, just straightforward information. I will take my Honda Fit to AAS whenever I need work done on my car.

They do a great job investigating and fixing issues in your car. My car had an oil light come on and they didn't stop at just topping off my oil and saying it'll probably turn off soon. No, they took apart pieces of my car until they could figure out exactly what was the cause. I have taken this lemon of a car to many shops and dealerships where they will only look via the computer hookup for a problem and if it doesn't show a problem you don't have a problem. Not here, they do a thorough diagnostics check and fix the issue. All of that being said, I would've expected a huge bill, but to me the bill was extremely reasonable and less than I was expecting. I highly recommend this location and this team. Only potential draw back is they're not necessarily the best at making and receiving phone calls. If you understand that and know that good work takes time, I'm sure you'll have a pleasant experience like I have.
