The shop on William Cannon is fantastic! Very quick, great communication about where in the process they are at, and very clean, speacious waiting area. No up-selling, no trying to squeeze pennies out of people. I went in for a battery problem and they worked with Napa to have a new battery brought over for me under the warranty, all without me asking. So incredibly kind and helpful. 100% recommend.

Can't say enough good things about the team at Austin Automotive Specialists. They're a pleasure to work with and I'm confident that they're going to steer me in the right direction when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. The only knock against the South Austin location is not being able to do state inspections, but you should use them for just about anything else you need.

Nice people. Got a diagnosis and oil change done quickly. A little on the pricey side, and that's my only complaint for my first time using they're service.

I really appreciate this shop and the team. I have been coming here for years and have always been treated fairly and honestly. I will not say they are the cheapest in town. But their pricing goes with great quality as well as their ability to back up their work. If i have had to go back for repeated investigation on the same issue, they do not charge unnecessarily or treat me with disrespect. Even sometimes wave fees and they take ownership, though they may not have to. They are trustworthy and honest. I can not say that about a lot of shops I have visited in my lifetime. If you have the chance, go chat with Andy or Justin. They are usually at the desk ready to chat and help out. They will shoot you straight and stand by their work. Give them a shot. I believe they deserve it.
