The owner of this business truly cares about people. If things aren’t as they should be, they will 100% make it right. The world would be a better place if all businesses operated the way that the manager of this business runs his business.

Seemed like a good shop at first. Still think they could be, just not a great experience from me unfortunately. Had my AC checked and they identified the problem, said they'd need to order the part and it would take 3 days. All good. Chased after the 3 day mark and a few times afterwards for a month and got what felt like the run around. I'm pretty patient. But after a month I gave up and went elsewhere, and the other shop identified and ordered the part overnight and fixed the problem. Had high hopes for this one. Still think they could be a reputable shop for others and wish them best of luck. Giving two stars because I believe and hope this was likely unusual for them.

Austin's Automotive Specialists at 1607 W Parmer Ln is a great place to get your vehicle looked at and fixed. I brought in my Volvo on short notice to get the undercarriage inspected. Emery and a mechanic inspected my vehicle and fixed some exposed loose cabling --- overall fantastic customer service! There were plenty of people getting their vehicles looked at and the waiting time was not bad at all. I will definitely be returning for other vehicle repairs/maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Be careful with this garage. My truck came back with additional problems once I had paid for my truck to be fixed. When questioning what went wrong…no one would take responsibility for the new issues…so now I have tape keeping my truck from going into 4 wheel drive
