This is the best shop I have ever been to. As a black woman, they were so kind and compassionate. They were patient with me and explained everything in detail. The issue was unexpected and not in my budget and they worked with me to get done what I absolutely needed so I could drive it. There was no rushing or frustration or judgement. They are angels. Ryan and Clay helped me and I will be coming back for all my repairs. I will recommend them to everyone. I went in with so much anxiety and left feeling like everything was going to be okay. I have been taking my Toyota SUV over here for a while now, and every time I go there these guys have been great. It took me a long time to find someone to work on my vehicle that I felt confident in leaving it with. Sometimes, people don't understand the unusual bond between an owner and his vehicle. lol But these guys treat your car like a baby. I've stopped by several times and when I stopped in a few days ago, I saw another customer stop by. She delivered a bunch of pizza to the staff and thanked them for helping her out of a bad situation. If free pizza delivery is not a good sign you have taken your vehicle to a great auto repair shop then I am not sure what will convince you. It's good to know that people like this still exist and work hard to do the right thing and try to help the customer. I highly recommend Austin's Automotive Specialists in Buda Texas.

Finding a mechanic shop that is trustworthy and does good work can be a daunting task. I would recommend AA Specialists to anyone in need of a great place to have their vehicle serviced.

What can I say? Nothing but praise for these guys. It is rare these days to find people that help you without expecting anything in return. Chris is one of those people. My son was stranded out of town in his car and Chris was not only extremely helpful, but called a few days later to check on the situation. I would trust them to work on any vehicle. Thank you for your professionalism, technical knowledge and great service. I would highly recommend this business.

First impressions are priceless. I was helped by a very kind man named Andrew Walker. He made my experience a pleasant one. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on all that was being done to my vehicle. I was very happy with the service I received and will continue to use this company in the future.

Great place easy to work with.

I can't personally speak to the work they do yet, but I took my car here due to an issue that was caused by the dealership. The guy at the front desk was so helpful and actually cared. He was very honest about what was going on with my car... what was caused by the dealership, and what else I had going on. I was able to take it back to the dealership and have them fix it immediately. I still have other stuff I need done, so I will definitely be returning here. No more dealership for me. They are nice until something goes wrong and then they are completely cold and callous. Complete opposite of this place!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and I really appreciate it!

Clay and Ryan took good care of me. They are honest and prices are reasonable.
