Set up an appointment for the same week. They fit me in quickly, finished quickly but not so quick I felt like they took short cuts. They shared information about the work they thought was relevant for me to know and I was in & out The only con, they used a higher grade oil that was specifically not requested, shared that with me after the work was complete, which increased the cost. This would not have changed my mind about having them do the work but I would have liked to know before they did the work.

Oil change done, no issues. First time bringing my vehicle to AAS, didn't know how things would. So, far a pleasant experience.

I’ve used Austin Automotive Specialists for work on my Sienna and S40R. Melissa and her team are amazing. Super helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work they do and advice they give.
