Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Terrence worked me in short notice on a Saturday for a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle I was considering. I am from out of town and Austin‘s Automotive Specialists were recommended by a local parts store. They gave me a thorough report, with video, at a reasonable cost in about an hour. It was a lifesaver as they found a number of “routine maintenance“ items that I would need to tend to, as well as symptomatic evidence of likely more expensive repairs. Thank you guys for saving me future headache, time and money. Highly recommend.

Great early morning Saturday service. Terrance took very good care my Honda Accord that needed a new power steering what-cha-ma-doodle. Overall garage was clean. Customer area is very small so bring something to read or watch if you're waiting on repairs. I would definitely recommend Austin Automotive Round Rock location.

After hitting a curb in my wife's Subaru I had another repair company diagnose and repair her suspension. I went back 5 time and each time a different part was replaced. I spent over $2000.00 on parts and labor but I was still having issues with the front suspension. Finally I took it to Austin Automotive in Leander, they diagnosed the problem which turned out to be an improperly installed control arm by the first mechanic. In 30 minutes the problem was corrected. I will definitely come back to Austin Automotive for all my repair and maintenance work.
