These guys are honest and they do great work!

My starter burned out and within a few hours they had a new one in and I drove off like nothing had even happened! They are very professional and helpful here I highly recommend them!

I've talked to Clay several times for advice when working on my cars at home. I always think when I call about my 03 4Runner he hears my name and thinks "not this guy again". Haha! Every time I call though, Clay and his employees are happy to help me. They have saved me money through easy home fixes and I will never forget it. As soon as I do have a problem too big for me to handle I will come to Austin Automotive Specialists. They care more about the customer than they do the money. Very rare in this type of business. You've earned a long term customer here and I'll recommend them to anyone.

So lucky I came across these guys when my bottom break lights went out! As a girl, I get really scared that I'm going to ripped off, so I'm always very cautious when taking my car into places. I thought the problem with my car was just a fuse and he actually brought the light bulbs to me to show me they burned out. And the price......the price was definitely way better than I expected! Maybe because I don't know cars, I don't know, but it's definitely my new go-to place for oil changes now. Oh and the coffee in the waiting area was a super plus :)

Clay and his staff of mechanics do a really good job. I've been in a couple times and felt that I received fair and trustworthy prices and work, but never felt pressured. One thing kept me from giving a five star review, and I discussed this with Clay.

I have never been more comfortable with an auto service than here. Clay goes out of his way to help and I always feel as if I am being honestly dealt with. This is where I bring my Jeep Wrangler. I've used other services in the Cedar Park area and I haven't had bad experiences but no one has gone the extra mile like these guys will. I think Clay and his management style and customer friendly attitude keeps this company working for us.

I had an accident that involved the underneath of my car and could not determine the damage, and it being Good Friday my go to mechanic was closed. I called these guys and Doug told me to bring it on in. They were professional and gave me the news I needed to determine it was necessary to get insurance involved. Doug didn't charge for the diagnostics and was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop based on the honest and gracious service I was given.
