About a $300 total charge for a $70 shifter cable. Charged too much on diagnostic even after knowing what the issue was, on top of the service charge. Also, when they called to tell us it was ready, they told us it had been test driven. We couldn't start it without complications and then it would not drive properly. Took it back right then, they fixed the issue "the mechanic forgot to change back".

I had an appointment yesterday at 9 am to get some things done on my 2003 Toyota Matrix and not only did they do everything but also recommended a couple of other maintenance repairs needed. Since I couldn't afford all that was needed he helped me choose what he thought I should do now and that I could come back to do the rest!!!! I felt very confident with his suggestions and will definitely return! I have been going to them since I moved to Texas 5 years ago!!! This is the only place I take our cars for repairs, state inspections, etc. Tom and his crew are great, friendly, honest and priced right.

My first ever review of anything but I can't say enough about how great these guys are. I go to the Buda location. The first place I've ever gone that just goes above and beyond for customers. They are fair and honest and don't try to upcharge for unnecessary things (a very real concern for girls like me who only know where the gas tank is pretty much) I've been taken advantage of in the past big-time at other places. New to town, I had heard these guys were good so when the time came, I knew where to go and instantly, I knew they had a life-long customer in me. So professional and courteous. They even called a couple months later to check up! My 11 year old Chrysler broke down yesterday in the middle of several other repair places and I insisted without hesitation that the tow guy still take me to Tom in Buda! Lol. This place is unreal. Thank you, Tom and crew. What you guys do is truly rare and special and I appreciate you!
