I had some car issues this morning in the middle of my rush-hour commute on 183, and the first place my boyfriend recommended was Austin Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park. They'd done some work on his truck before, so he knew they were efficient and honest. Literally half an hour after I'd dropped my car off, they called me with the diagnosis and an exact price and told me that if anything changed, they would call me and let me know. They got the job done quickly and were incredibly polite and helpful. Definitely recommend, and I will be using them again. The best team I have seen since I moved to Austin! Genuinely honest and upfront communication from start to finish. They even shuttled me to and from my home. Overall, they are a great group of guys that work really well together and for you! I will definitely go to them from now on.

Andy and Todd were fantastic and really helped me out. They were honest and definitely did not overcharge me - at first, when it seemed like nothing was really wrong, they weren't going to charge me at all! But then they did find something and they kept it as reasonable as they could for me. I will 100% take my car here in the future and will tell all my friends to do the same! Service is always quick, prices fair, and Clay and Chris seem to really enjoy what they do...they're always both nice and easy to talk to.
