Mike was a huge help! I went in desperately just before closing with what I though was an issue with my AC. Mike took a quick look and was able to tell me it was an issue with the blower motor. He was able to get it started for me and then he took the time to show me how to replace my cabin air filter. Definitely going to go back!

He was very helpful when something did go quite right with our repair and he made me feel like he really cared about what had happend and he took care of it right away. I couldn't more satisfied with my visit to Austin Automotive specialist. I had a weird sounds coming from what i had been told was my control arms from other auto places. Turns out it was a loose bolt that needed to be tightened from a previous repair! I will definitely be referring all my friends here from now on.

I had recently moved to the area and with my luck my AC compressor went out. I was google searching mechanics in the area and Austin Automotive came up. Now I tend to go by reviews when choosing a place, but when I saw these guys I had a great feeling from the start. Eric was so nice to me from the start and I told him everything I needed done and how I have my own parts so all I needed was labor. He gave me a fair quote and made sure nothing else was wrong with my car and he went to work on it. He kept me up date with phone calls and even told me that a part I had was wrong and needed to get it replaced and told me cost up front. I spend a little more than what I was planning, but having the service that I was given. I was more than happy paying a little more, specially knowing I'm in good hands. I would go back to these guys for any future repairs and would recommend them to anyone!!!
