I have to say that this by far was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. I was in Austin for a track meet (I live roughly 4 hours away) and my car broke down. I have extended warranty coverage on my vehicle did a quick search and found this shop was not too far from where I was located. I calles them and right off Todd was very concerned and sympathetic. They were closing and we couldn't make it to them. But first thing the next morning we attempted to drive there and got so close but my car could not make it. I called them multiple times and they helped me out with finding a tow truck. Clay even went out of his way and came to us to take a look at what was going on. Unfortunately its my transmission but my car was towed to the shop and ita in good hands. They reassured me that they would start my claim, which they did. And we were able to make the track meet. They have stayed in contact with me the whole way and I can't thank them enough. If you're ever in Austin and your vehicle needs work. Check them out. Todd and Clay are great!

Hands down the best customer service thanks to Clay!!!!! Speaking from a woman's perspective...I have never experienced awesome service from an automotive facility. I live in corpus christi and my daughter lives in Austin. She had to have her vehicle towed to his shop and i am so fortunate that it was. Clay is one exceptionally special man that went above and beyond. He called me and kept me updated and made me feel that only my daughter's vehicle was top priority. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and efficient. Basically everything you want in a mechanic. I never hesitate to take my truck to these guys. And they helped me out with advice and a quick assessment, free of cost, when my previous vehicle got flooded. I love the fact that I can put my full confidence in them and not feel like I'll be taken advantage of.

Excellent and courteous service! I just moved to the area and needed a break job for my AWD BMW. My neighbors recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try. The customer service was great and the mechanics got the work got done very quickly and thoroughly. These mechanics seem very honest and didn't push any unnecessary services. I will definitely return the next time any of our vehicles needs to be fixed or serviced.

Clay is phenomenal. He is professional, gives great vehicular advice, and makes you feel comfortable because he cares. You just know he's going to the care of you. It's a great lil shop that's run by a stand up General Manager. 5 stars and 10/10 will recommend!
