My experiences have been good for many years with Paul and his crew at AAS!

My repair was expensive but less than other estimates. One man just wrote a review here and aired publicly his anger over the findings about his daughter’s car. I’m not “auto mechanical smart” so it is painful to learn of my high bill too, but I trust these guys. They know more than me and my “dentist or carpenter” friends on what needs to be done for long term safety and car protection. Don’t believe someone’s rant as proof of poor service. Austin Automotive on 183 have done me right many times.

The customer service is phenomenal. Andy was the absolute best. He kept me informed and checked in with me to make sure that I was okay with all of the steps. So appreciative!

Great experience. Made an appointment, they were quick and professional. Also very fairly priced. Another shop wanted to charge the equivalent amount of what Austin's Automotive Specialists charged me to fix the problem just for a diagnostic on a simple lighting issue. Highly recommended. I'll be back for sure.

My lug nuts broke off when I got my tires rotated from a different shop and was told to go here and they would replace it for me. I went there with no appointment and the Service Manager (Mike) had me in and out in no time. Great fast service!
