Amazing shop with people who really care about you and your safety with your car. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure they are explaining your repairs and for not trying to sell you on other things you don't need. I had just left a different repair shop that did not know anything about the problem with my car but still charged me.

This is currently the only place I recommend to anyone I know who needs car repairs. I personally hate taking my car to mechanics as I have built a mistrust in many well known businesses because I feel I'm sometimes being pushed into paying for services that I don't need. After working with Andy and his mechanics, I have not felt like I'm being taken advantage of. Each time I took my car, I felt that these mechanics went above and beyond to ensure that they are fixing the root of the car problem and are not just trying to get as much money as possible out of me. They are very helpful and wonderful hard workers who have demonstrated multiple times that they have the customers best interest in mind. I have never felt more pleased with a mechanic shop. My family will continue to take our car to Andy and his team as long as we live in Austin. Thank you Andy and mechanics for being so honest and generous!

When I went in here with my RAM Promaster City I had a simple problem that was fixed easily and quickly. What impressed me more was listening to their staff speak with another customer. They determined the problem with this woman's car and gave her an estimate of the repairs. She was short on cash and asked if she was in danger if she didn't get it fixed today. Instead of pressuring her to fix the vehicle right away she was given advice about to stay safe and not make it worse and told to come back when she was ready to have it fixed. They earned my business that day.

Got an alignment at the last minute for a reasonable price before a 1400 mile drive. What a difference. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommend it!! They’re great!! Andy, the manager, has been there for many years so he knows exactly how to make sure everything is done right the first time! He’s on top of everything and makes sure all customers are satisfied and happy. Justin helped me as well, they’re both very knowledgeable and fun to to talk to. They explained what my truck needed without trying to up sell a bunch of stuff that is not needed. They seem to really care about the customers and doing what’s best for the customer. Some other companies are always trying to make the most money they can out of each car they work on, not them. They want regulars: customers that will always keep coming back. They were very transparent and honest, and very friendly. The walls colors are a bit dark though, the office seems a little bit dark, but still very comfortable and spacious office area. I’ll keep coming back! Highly recommend it!!
