My Funny Business detectors are usually on edge around mechanics, so from my first visit I was a bit skeptical (as everyone should be). However, they have repeatedly shown me they don’t play games. When they find an indication of a problem, they share their findings along with the problem so I can decide if it sounds legit and it matches things I’ve noticed. When my filter was clogged up, they pulled it out and showed me. At one point one of the mechanics asked to speak with me directly about an issue. He was friendly, but to the point, and logical. It was a great customer experience even from someone whose job description doesn’t include friendly customer interaction. I trust these folks. They’re a breath of fresh air!
Thank you Joshua. Car repair should be cut and dried. Either it needs it or it don't. We are here to find out a vehicles needs and the customer makes the decision on what is to be serviced.
