Called about my alignment with a referral from Discount Tires. I was able to get an appointment for service the very next day at 8am. Dropped off vehicle and went to breakfast. Work was completed right as I was finishing my meal. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a slight price difference between their fee and the amount on the card provided by discount tires but they honored the lower discount tire price. I would definitely recommend the Cedar Park location.

Good people but having major issues with my brake work lately. Paid nearly $1100 and the issue still isn’t fixed. I’ve probably paid another $50-$75 in Uber’s and Lyft’s to and from there. Going back tomorrow for a 5th time. Need the issue fixed!

Took 10 years to finally find a top notch, honest, fair, high quality automotive service location. Absolutely the best from start to finish. It all begins with the best manager I have ever dealt with. Professional, honest, fair, and customer friendly best describes her. I believe her name is Melissa. A MUST for your auto!

Went to Austin Automotive Specialists today to have a check engine light diagnosed. They got to bottom of a potentially very damaging issue that had recently arisen that I was slightly aware of and saved my Fiats engine. Clay and his team were honest, thorough, and timely. The office was clean and well appointed; I look forward to using them again (hopefully for maintenance!)

Took a vehicle in for diagnostic and AAM went above and beyond. They gave us a fair and impartial diagnosis, and even admitted that it required diagnostics that they could not complete! Thanks AAM for the great customer service!

I took my car in for an inspection and I got in right away. The lobby is clean and comfortable as you wait. The "wait" was hardly that and I was on my way within a 1/2 hour. Highly recommend these folks!

Just moved to Texas and went here to get an inspection to change our license and registration. They were super quick and went the extra mile to take care of us. We realized we didn't have a paper copy of our insurance and they printed it out for us in office so we didn't have to make one more stop before going to the DMV. It was so kind and awesome!
