Jim is AMAZING! Took my car to him because it wasn't running well and a mobile mechanic told me that the catalytic convert was flooded but come to find out it was just my battery. Jim had everything taken care of quickly and was very friendly. I will definitely trust all my future car needs with him and Austin Automotive Specialist.

Paul was great to work with when replacing the struts & shocks on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. He was the only Hutto dealer to quote using the “best” Monroe parts and still met competitive prices. In addition, he knew how to fix my broken fender skirt & adjust the wheel camber without using an expensive camber kit. He provided several no charge services plus a round trip home & back. 🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🏻GREAT JOB AUSTIN’S AUTOMOTIVE! Worked me in for brake job...rotors were all grooved, grinding metal on metal, etc.! Yeah, I waited too long to get this checked out... All in all, I was charged a reasonable price that was financed they DigniFi at 0% interest! Woot! Now THAT is what I call treating the customer right!
