These guys took care in fixing an issue with my car when another well known auto store (rhymes with the opposite of inspire-stone) couldn’t. Not only that, the other place said they could not align the front left since the tie-rod bolt had seized up and wanted to sell me another tie-rod instead. Total bs. Glad I found Austin Automotive cause they loosened it up and got it aligned just fine. You know why? Cause they aren’t shady and try harder at what they do. Thank you Austin Automotive!

Just had a 150,000 mile service completed for my F-250. The work was great and completed quickly. This was my first time using this location and I will be using them for both my vehicles and I'm already telling others to use them for their car needs.

Shane the mechanic was awesome. He figured out what was going on with my car when other repair shops couldn't. I appreciated his honesty and the time he took with me to explain the issue that I was having so that I understood well.

Always a great experience customer service wise and they are honest about what needs to be done and fair with prices! Anytime I go anywhere else, the mechanics find a million things to “fix” on my car and want to charge me all this money, but here they always and only bring up things that are problems or things that are legitimately due to be taken care of, with really reasonable charges. I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Andy and Justin are both great. Very friendly and helpful. They actually listened to what I said and didnt try to tell me my car needed something it didn't like other auto shops. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend them to friends and family.

These guys were great. I had just gotten new tires and didn't know that my tire place didn't do alignments. So Austin's Automotive Specialistss were recommended by my tire place, so I called them and they got me in that same day. They were very efficient and I didn't have to wait long at all. Now my car drives like a dream. I would definitely recommend this business!

Okay this company it is the best. I usually go to the one in cedar park to see Clay. Clay is a GREAT guy ever he is straight up honest guy. Now I live in round rock close to this store and my wife's started to have issues. I called clay and told him about her, and he said go there. At first I was like I really hate going to shops that will point out all issues with your car even it wasnt the issue. I'm sure most ppl are like me hate dealing with this. But I went there and I was super happy. Great laber. The guys there just like Clay they are awesome. They know what they are doing. I really think the company treats there ppl great. If you go to the one in Round Rock make sure you see these guys. Mike and Andy. They are super nice and they treats like they know you for years. Special thank you to Raphael the mechanic who worked on my wife's car. I will come back and you should take your car there. I can't find anything bad about this place. Best place ever. The staff are amazing and professional.

I have taken my car into this location twice in the past 5 months regarding brake issues. Yet, not until my annual inspection did something come up. They were unable to explain how I twice brought it in for brakes and they didn't check the issue they failed me on during the inspection. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the timing of finding this problem.

Paul was great to work with when replacing the struts & shocks on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. He was the only Hutto dealer to quote using the “best” Monroe parts and still met competitive prices. In addition, he knew how to fix my broken fender skirt & adjust the wheel camber without using an expensive camber kit. He provided several no charge services plus a round trip home & back.
