The shop was quick to identify my problem. They showed me how it had been incorrectly done before my purchase of the vehicle. The manager made sure I understood my options and kept me informed of the progress. The repair went very quickly. . I trust this company to identify the problem.. fix it the right way..and give me the options to help me manage my costs.

Great customer service!! I got a flat tire and needed someone to help me change it. I called less than 10 minutes before closing and they still helped. One of their employees, Russel, came after hours and replaced my flat tire with my spare. They definitely go out of their way for their customers!

I had a great experience getting a buyer's check on a vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. Clay was very nice explaining what was wrong with the car and then several days later I was able to bring it back for free for a double check on the things that the dealership had fixed. Great customer service!!

We had brought our car in for a wheel bearing replacement at another Austin Automotive location and soon after thought a new problem had arisen. After bringing it back to his location, the manager, Clay, was extremely kind and understanding while finding a solution to the problem. The workers here are professional and courteous and I’m very impressed with the speed in which they took care of my vehicle. Truly, the mechanics at this garage are looking out for you and your car when you bring it in from start to finish. They also offered me a shuttle back to my home while they worked on my car. I would recommend this location to my grandmother if she needed a mechanic. 10/10

I switched from A known trusted mechanic of many years closer to home because of Clay’s (the manager) ability to explain and pinpoint the likely cause over the phone and His honesty of evaluating it without charge once they determined it did not need repair. Since then my daughter and I have had multiple vehicles there w great care and reasonable prices.

I've only been coming for the occasional routine service and inspections over the last 5 years, but last week I needed a new radiator QUICK so I could use the vehicle for a business trip. Brian and the AAS team was able to get me in, part ordered/installed, and me on my way. I can't thank y'all enough!
