I have taken my car to Austin Automotive Specialist for the last few years and they are always great. They get my car in at the time of my appointment and keep me informed of anything that is not routine. I have never had any surprises with the amount charged for the work that I have approved. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped me out with an issue that someone else had created and blamed them. I truly feel that I was well taken care of. I plan to have all my AUTOCARE done there going forward. I was new to Austin and did not have anyone to fix my car problems, and it was nice to have found this company just from driving by and needing an oil change.

As always, an excellent job. No upsells etc, job was done timely. I will be back again.

These guys are really cool and very honest. I took my van to them for the second time. because I lost Power on the freeway I thought it was gonna be something very serious, but it turned out to be an empty gas tank. Instead of charging me some ridiculous price for work that they did not need to do. They were very honest and got me out of there for 100$ Diagnostics fee and some gas. Anthony was great. I trust these guys 100% and will bring all of my vehicles here.
