Great experience every time I’ve gone in for car problems. They’re very transparent and keep you in the loop of what’s going on while explaining in detail issues with your car. I can’t remember his name off the top of my head, but the man with the glasses at the front is very friendly and helpful through the process.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP . THEY JUMPED ON THE PROBLEM THAT I HAD AN COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE MY 2 FRONT TIRES , WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY AND NOW MY CAR DRIVES LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW . SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP TO ANHONE IN NEED . EXCELLENT MACHANICS !

Terrence worked me in short notice on a Saturday for a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle I was considering. I am from out of town and Austin‘s Automotive Specialists were recommended by a local parts store. They gave me a thorough report, with video, at a reasonable cost in about an hour. It was a lifesaver as they found a number of “routine maintenance“ items that I would need to tend to, as well as symptomatic evidence of likely more expensive repairs.
