It’s rare to say about car repairs but I had a wonderful experience at Austin Automotive. I went in for a check engine light and when they discovered there wasn’t an actual issue they didn’t charge me a dime. They made sure to explain things thoroughly to me and were honest about issues. How refreshing!

Had to get a few services done on my vehicle and the quote they gave me was more than fair! The customer service was outstanding! Tim was super kind and kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Will definitely drive the hour to get my car serviced here again.

I called Austin Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park and reached Ryan who told me I could come in for an Annual Inspection right away. Even though they appeared very busy, they completed the inspection quickly and sent me on my way. They were very friendly and efficient and the waiting room was comfortable.

Absolutely excellent service. I had an oil leak that I discovered about a month ago and took my car into another shop to get it looked at, and they told me it was the oil pan. Took it here to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. Turns out it was a loose valve above the pan that was leaking, not the oil pan itself. Had I not taken it here, I would've had to pay $400 to replace an oil pan that wasnt even leaking and still would've had the same problem. They even looked at my car for free and topped my oil off for me. Melissa really knows her stuff. I will absolutely be taking my car here again!
