Andy took care of me and the repair was covered under warranty. They got my truck back to me with a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I had to make an appointment for my repair and this was two weeks out. I was not able to use my truck during this time Since I was under warranty I could not take it elsewhere. I don't know what the solution to this is. Maybe more mechanics or more stalls or both not sure. It does put the customer at a disadvantage when he can not use his vehicle for two weeks. I saw a customer walk out because he refused to wait. Business lost can not be good. All in all besides the wait to get repaired I am a happy camper! Thanks Andy!

I needed a new alternator, and the Volvo dealership couldn’t get me in for a month! That wasn’t acceptable, so I tried Austin Automotive. I’m really glad I did! They have reliable and fast service.
