This is the only place I take our cars for repairs, state inspections, etc. Tom and his crew are great, friendly, honest and priced right.

My first ever review of anything but I can't say enough about how great these guys are. I go to the Buda location. The first place I've ever gone that just goes above and beyond for customers. They are fair and honest and don't try to upcharge for unnecessary things (a very real concern for girls like me who only know where the gas tank is pretty much) I've been taken advantage of in the past big-time at other places. New to town, I had heard these guys were good so when the time came, I knew where to go and instantly, I knew they had a life-long customer in me. So professional and courteous. They even called a couple months later to check up! My 11 year old Chrysler broke down yesterday in the middle of several other repair places and I insisted without hesitation that the tow guy still take me to Tom in Buda! Lol. This place is unreal. Thank you, Tom and crew. What you guys do is truly rare and special and I appreciate you!

Such a great business! My alternator was going out on the way to work and there wasn't any other automotive shops open in the area so these guys were my only option and I sure am glad that was the case! Not only did they identify my alternator as the problem within minutes, Tom, the manager there, also offered to help me with a ride to my job which was about an hour away including traffic and manged to save me over $1,000 on the work and parts compared to the dealerships price. Additionally, the dealership would have had to keep my vehicle for a couple of days to do the fix, Tom got me back in my truck that day. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Austin Automotive Specialists and look forward to bringing them my business in the future.
