Great costumer service! There was a little mishap, no biggie, but they are the kind of people who serve their costumer and not their pocket books. Trust is everything in this business, and they defiantly have my trust.

The personal touches Austin Automotive managers and staff have towards taking care of is something you don't experience often. I have always left the shop feeling great and more secure in my vehicle. I have taken my car in twice now, once for a muffler replacement/transmission fluid flush (at the Avery Ranch location), and once for oil change at the 12990 Research location. Both managers were outstanding in making me aware of what was going on with my car. Highly recommend using these guys.

I love this place! The manager, Jerome is absolutely amazing. He strives to get you a fair price on everything. The other staff I've met are warm, friendly and have always done an amazing job. Plus, they offer to drop you off and pick you up while your car is getting worked on.

This place was great! I called them this morning and they got my car fixed in no time, and picked me up to get it back! Super friendly staff as well. Would definitely go back if I need car repairs. Also my car needed to be towed to the shop and they recommended the very nice man who came to get my car. Overall a pleasant experience for a not good situation, as in my car won't work!

Jerome, the manager of this particular location, is incredibly friendly, warm, and brings the human element to your experience! What a wonderful customer experience at an automotive establishment. Much better than any Jiffy Lube. Highly recommended.

After my serpentine belt broke while visiting from Dallas - a stranger recommended this place. They were fast and efficient !! Great customer service. Tell Ron I said � hi.

I have to say that this by far was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. I was in Austin for a track meet (I live roughly 4 hours away) and my car broke down. I have extended warranty coverage on my vehicle did a quick search and found this shop was not too far from where I was located. I calles them and right off Todd was very concerned and sympathetic. They were closing and we couldn't make it to them. But first thing the next morning we attempted to drive there and got so close but my car could not make it. I called them multiple times and they helped me out with finding a tow truck. Clay even went out of his way and came to us to take a look at what was going on. Unfortunately its my transmission but my car was towed to the shop and ita in good hands. They reassured me that they would start my claim, which they did. And we were able to make the track meet. They have stayed in contact with me the whole way and I can't thank them enough. If you're ever in Austin and your vehicle needs work. Check them out. Todd and Clay are great!
