Always feel like I’m in good hands here. Had to get a lot of work done and Blake English helped walk me through it all. I also never felt like I was taken advantage of, which goes a long way when it comes to auto shops. Thank you!

Glad we can earn your trust! Thanks

I’ve taking my very old truck to Austin Automotive a few times now and they have gone above and beyond to help me keep it running. Seriously, this is the only place I trust.

Thanks for coming to us Carmen!

I’m a 20 something woman that knows nothing about cars. Usually when my car is getting worked on I call my dad back and forth to try and make sure I don’t get overcharged on anything because of my ignorance. I’ve been taking my car to Austin Automotive since 2021. I’ve been going to the Cedar Park location for about 2 years. Ryan and Clay are consistently friendly and helpful. I always feel safe getting my car worked on and know I can call if I ever have any issues or questions about my car. Last year I got my windshield wipers replaced and a few weeks later the metal on the wipers were exposed and scraped my windshield every time I turned them on. I went back to Austin Automotive to tell them about the problem I was having, fully prepared to put together a courageous monologue on why I wanted them replaced without any additional charge. My speech wasn’t necessary at all. As soon as I told them about the issue they replaced the wipers again quickly and without charge. This week I went to Austin Automotive to have my front brakes replaced. I was getting my oil changed in December and Clay let me know that my breaks would need to be replaced soon, told me how much it would cost after tax, and that I could wait until after Christmas or even until I got my tax return back to get it done. This was extremely helpful since the service would cost upwards of $500 and I had time to prepare. This week I finally got my brakes replaced. I've always wanted to be a regular somewhere and I realized I’m a regular at this car shop. I know Ryan and Clay by name and I trust them with my car. I’m leaving this long review because Austin Automotive is a good business with people who actually care. I feel very fortunate to have a place to take my car where I feel comfortable and confident that they’re doing a good job. I highly recommend their shop.

Overall the service was great. The only issue I had was, that the individuals who serviced my car went through the trunk and was touching everything I had in there. I don't appreciate that at all. It would have been a 5 star review if not for that.

Hi Francisco. We are sorry you felt like this was an issue and appreciate the feedback. For your tire rotation we needed to access the wheel lock key in your trunk. We did our best to move around the absolute minimum to access the spare tire panel to get the wheel lock. Again, apologies if it was something that caused you concern. Thank you for being a customer and we hope to see you in our shop again.
