I never expected another auto repair shop to equal my decades long satisfaction with B&B, but AAS has achieved that in just two visits. I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander that I plan tk keep until it is totaled or we can't get parts, so a reliable mechanic is essential. The first visit was to replace a headlamp and the second was for an oil change and brake service. The first time, I sat and listened to how they talked to customers on the phone and in person. Always helpful, respectful and genuinely caring, even when they didn't do the kind of work requested or couldn't take a walk-in job. My experience is that they were expert, knowledgeable and very thorough. They not only performed the oil change and brake service requested, they provided a detailed written overall review of repair and maintenance items. I will be returning next month for front end repairs and other things needed.

I will be returning next month for front end repairs and other things needed. Update 8/17/2024 Just picked up the 2008 Highlander after rebuilding the ac. This required removing the dashboard, so, not cheap. But cheaper than replacing the vehicle. They got it finished on time and left the front seat area a LOT cleaner than I left it. All the bits on the dashboard back in place, and nice cold ac. They have exceeded my expectations again!
