Although I got bad news (my transmission is shot), they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. They even called around to see if was possible to get a rebuilt transmission and helped me figure out my options. Emery, the manager, is wonderful. I would definitely come back here.

Service was fast and friendly. The price was a little high for a fill synthetic oil change on a Corolla Cross. It was over $120.00

Got the job done quickly just thought the price was a little high. That said the staff found more problems than I knew about. They notified me and after listening to the problem and what needed to be do I thanked them and told them to do the added work. Most places wouldn’t have even noticed what Austin Automotive Specialists found. Big kudos!!!

I had a great experience. I have an old car and they treated me and my car with respect rather than shooing me away and telling me to get a new car. (Yes other shops have said this to me bc they don’t want to work on my car). I made the appt online and that was easy. I got reminder messages. They re repaired something that a previous shop was supposed to have done. And in spite of several mechanics being out sick I still got my car back in 24 hours. I was expecting not to have my car back for a week. My car is running good and I’m having no issues. Everybody isn’t interested in getting a new car every 4-5 years. This repair work will hopefully give me a few more years of driving. It’s a great car! So thanks Austin Automotive Specialists.
