I would these guys more stars if I could. Ryan and Clay were both fantastic and communicated through out the process of my engine repair. They gave me a fair price and didn’t attempt to push any unneeded services or repairs that weren’t necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND👍👍👍

Blake was super helpful and nice. I was able to bring in my car the day I called them and got it back the next day. If you’re a girl and scared of car shops (like I am) go ahead and come here.

Service was good - speed was good. Crew friendly. Really try and hit ya with the upsell attempts (counted 5), and 86 seems high for an oil change, considering my last one cost 50 elsewhere... but Hyundai quoted me 110, so I came here instead. If you're able to turn down upsells and just do what you go in for, do it. Some of the upsells are actually car maintenance essentials - but not what I went in for and not the time I had set aside for it. After I turned him down 3 times, he asked, "You're a hard sell man. Why?" Dude probably makes commission

The best. I always take my car here for any and all concerns, and they consistently tell me when I need something and when it can wait. In fact, they’ve told me “it can wait” at least three times now, over the course of the last year, so I know this is their practice. Both of the guys I’ve talked to up front are extremely helpful and friendly. Take your car here, and rest assured, it’ll last you for years without costing you a mint.

Eddie and the team at Austin Automotive took great care of me and my car. They were clear about the issues with my AC, walking me through everything (I know nothing about cars) in plain English. Most importantly I felt like they were on my team, offering multiple options for fixing the issue and outlining the tradeoffs in cost, performance, etc. I had gotten quotes from others like Jukes but this group was much more affordable and still willing to offer the same warranty. They are my new car family.
