I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler to AAS Round Rock to get the suspension looked at and overall checkup. Service Advisor Terrence greeted me and took notes as I was describing the issues with my Jeep. He passed those onto the technician Rolan who performed the inspection. In a couple of hours I got a txt with a link to a summary of the work needed and cost. Everything was in budget so I approved the work. A few hours later I got another txt saying it’s ready to pick up and upon arrival Terrence went over everything and made sure I was satisfied. The Jeep now drives great and I highly recommend AAS Round Rock for servicing your vehicle and shout out to Terrence & Rolan for getting my Jeep driving great!

Good team. Fine service. Kind folks. Prompt and communicative. Computer says fuel too lean and they found a crack along the fuel delivery line (1 device) and also replaced the driver side AC ducting. Fuel line repair w parts $350 =~ and ducting under dash $600ish~= parts and labor.

Great service, friendly staff. Forrest was particularly helpful, and they had my car ready in a timely manner by having two people working on it. I also liked that they brought me out to show me the issues and also took pictures for me when I was at home so that I fully understood what I needed. I also appreciate the advice and other recommendations Forrest provided to me since I have an older car and need to keep it safe and in good running condition.

I had another repair business quote me $3800 for a repair to my 09 pickup. I was going to scrap it but decided to stop by Austin auto. They were very help and they did the same quoted repair for 1700. I dropped it off on Friday and picked it up Monday. Truck runs Great! I highly recommend these guys for great customer service, quality repairs, a fair price and quick turnarounds.
