Updated review: I always brought my car here. I work on cars on the side and always charged fair prices. I loved their service, but since JT has left; they have a new manager, Jerome. I was stranded in the Texas heat with my two kids and called them to maybe get my car towed there due to an electrical issue. He didn’t seem to care or even feel any empathy towards the situation over the phone, just flat. I’ve always paid full price for everything and never had a discount, so what I’m asking is basically for decent customer service. My family all took their cars there (They have 5 cars) and never had an issue, until they brought one in for an oil change. Also, the mechanics were bumping such loud music, and my dad has PTSD from the military so it was shocking to him. Jerome had a Devil May Care attitude about him towards us again. I was shocked needless to say. Also, responding to another woman’s review by dismissing the problem saying all his 5 star reviews isn’t helpful; Austin Automotive. Clearly, you don’t like to listen and understand people’s side unless they are a man, because I saw the response you had to a man complaining about a mask. Really disappointed.
I am sorry you feel Jerome was not being empathetic to your situation. He was doing his best to get the information to get your car in quickly.
