I called around and got a few quotes from different places first. They were close in the over the phone quote but what I liked was they wanted to see the car to ensure what they were quoting was the actual problem. In other words not doing something that doesn’t need to be done and costing me money for nothing. So I dropped it off, They called me up and indeed it was the problem, they also were able to beat the original phone quote by about $300-$400!! I said let’s do it, they did it, literally had my car back in the same day with the issue resolved and saved about $400, less than I expected to spend to begin with. Great customer service, friendly environment, solid work and overall the willingness to get me a better price and ensuring what they were doing was the problem solver to my issue. Thanks again guys!
Thank you Caleb. Getting quotes over the phone is almost useless as you have discovered. You get a wide range of quotes usually on the low side only to be raised when you get there. We always want to give a customer a second opinion along with a second estimate for repair.
