We needed assistance working on our Dodge Ram 1500. We called at 9:30am on Saturday. Jerome got us in and out the same day. Cost for the repair was fair/reasonable, and customer service was very good. I will use them again in the future.

Always a pleasure dealing with Austin Automotive Specialists. I have gotten service at both the Parmer Ln and the Research Boulevard location. Brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon because it was making a weird noise and I thought it was time for an oil change. They said they probably wouldn’t get to it till Monday. Less than two hours later it was ready. Turned out the oil was low and it was affecting the valve timing, hence the noise. I’ve had everything from oil changes to serious repairs done by this outfit, and I’m always impressed by quality, service, and price. A customer for life!

Wow! Clay and the crew are as good as they can be! The most honest, friendly, and caring staff you could ever hope to hire to diagnose and FIX your vehicle's problems!!! 5 stars 🌟 and golden at that. On several occasions Clay and staff have been bluntly honest and said "we could fix this, but it will not solve all the problems"... and advised against them. I really appreciate that! One visit the wait time was slightly longer than usual... i could not help but overhear; and had a very comfortable reaction to Clay's calm demeanor and utmost honesty explaining over and over again to a very irate person (who wasn't even a client of Austin Automotive) til they finally relaxed enough to understand what he was explaining! That's who I trust with my "Classics". Thanks guys!
