Got an alignment and oil change, came with a free rotation! These guys took my appointment same day with a quick turn-around. Very easy to deal with and treated my vehicle well. Price was extremely fair.

I use to go to the Austin automotive in south Austin on wm cannon and have always got great quality service, so I decided to go to the AAM over on Parmer. I needed a new alternator and a new battery. I was charge $65 for a battery and alternator check diagnostic and then charged another $65 dollar for a “battery installation” which blew me away that the labor for installing a battery was so high. When I asked why is that so high I was told that is just their standard fee. I would have installed the battery myself if I knew that was a fee. Standard auto retail stores will install batteries for free after you purchase it. Just outrageous labor on battery installation.

In less than 2 minutes Melissa, a superstar customer service rep, was able to clear up what many other mechanics could not diagnose. Even over the phone she was able to do this. I have an appointment at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning for a free comprehensive break inspection with no pressure to spend. Even before stepping foot into this business, they have set an amazing first impression. Can't wait for tomorrow morning!!! Get these brakes fixed! And Melissa deserves another raise!
