It was the wheel bearings. They did a great job and didn’t try to do more which was nice. They finished the job quick and called me when it was ready. A little bit pricey but great job.

They have a friendly staff that does a good job communicating what’s going on with my car. I feel confident that they can find and fix whatever issue my car is experiencing.

This is a place where they know what they are doing, they are wfficient and friendly... never upsell you or try and do more than you need. I didn't listen to their advice once and really regretted it later. Now I will never use another place. Do yourself a favour and come here.

Terrence was VERY cool... I met him last week when I paid $18.50 for my safety inspection. He got it in and out lickety-split! I'm talkin about less than 15 minutes. Then, last night something terrible went wrong with my 2005 Toyota Corolla!! That was over at Planet K and we had friendly employees with jumper cables and at the request of another person who was a Planet K customer he suggested that I try something so I went UNDERneath the clutch pedal to find out if that little BITTY button depressed to engage the neutral safety switch & it did not & I don't know what all AND there was a solenoid goin on SOMEwhere in there too!! ...so I left it over there at Terrence's place, where I had just been the week before for something simple, with a note and the key: And he called me and let me know how much it was going to cost and he could probably get it out by the same day. So I got there @ about 11 in the morning he estimated probably 5:30 (or what we call closin time) AND he was finished at 3:38!! so it was a little pricey but he threw in an oil change for a discounted price cuz he had a coupon and so tax title and license was around $560, which I'm told in the first quarter of the 21st century that were in that that is NOT a bad deal!!!

I love Melissa to death, would do jail time for her, just sucks higher-ups will fire even if the reason is a serious health condition that can't be controlled 100% of the time. (Re) No, it was because I called out due to my Type 1 Diabetes a life long disease that isn't always 100% manageable
