Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Possibly one the best automobile repair experience I have had. I was worried about how long repairs would take, finding a place, getting an assessment in a timely manner and that was time wasted on worry. I didn't want to go to the dealership as I always seem to spend 30% more there. This experience was so good, and the guys who checked me in/out are at the top of their game so to speak. Very pleasant and helpful and just nice. I left my last mechanic shop because 3/4 repairs and maintenance done there needed follow up repairs, which were costly and inconvenient. I am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, mistakes can be made, but statistically they were costing me time and money. Glad to have broken that cycle. Thanks for the quick and great service and the car is running really well so far. We'll be back with four cars, I am sure.

I called to ask if they were available to inspect two of my vehicles andRyan said to bring them right over. I Live 2 minutes from the facility and they completed the safety inspection in less than 10 minutes per vehicle. I was very impressed with their quick and professional service. I will bring my vehicles here for servicing in the future.

This place is great. They’re trustworthy and super nice. I went in for a brake job got two quotes from two other companies saying that I needed for new brakes with rotors costing me about almost $600. Came to them had them do my breaks they came back to me saying that I don’t even need rotors that they could be resurfaced and save me over $200. Love his company they are the good guys they will take care of you.
