Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

The parking lot was full when I arrived. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was in for a long wait but as I have used them previously I was more than willing to wait. Surprisingly, I was out in 30 minutes. All of the employees I have encountered and have always been helpful and friendly.

This is my second time here and they always go above and beyond! My first car was older and me and the hubs decided not to fix the car and would try and sell it. The owner actually contacted another customer that was looking for a car for his daughter (it was a Jetta) and we were able to sell! So kind! Last week my other car was having issues, they saw us within 24 hours and our car was fixed the same day. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice and efficient. Sat inside with a mask on, although it wasn't required. Would go back.

I wasn’t sure what was going on with my brakes and was having some issues. They went above and beyond to give me quality service. The staff also showed that they really care about the issue and my concern. This shop is now my main shop!
