Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Always a great experience customer service wise and they are honest about what needs to be done and fair with prices! Anytime I go anywhere else, the mechanics find a million things to “fix” on my car and want to charge me all this money, but here they always and only bring up things that are problems or things that are legitimately due to be taken care of, with really reasonable charges. I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Andy and Justin are both great. Very friendly and helpful. They actually listened to what I said and didnt try to tell me my car needed something it didn't like other auto shops. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend them to friends and family.

These guys were great. I had just gotten new tires and didn't know that my tire place didn't do alignments. So Austin's Automotive Specialistss were recommended by my tire place, so I called them and they got me in that same day. They were very efficient and I didn't have to wait long at all. Now my car drives like a dream. I would definitely recommend this business!

Big Mike is always the most friendly person to talk to, their price is always way economical than price quotes at dealer for the same services. Austin's Automotive, you don't have to worry about over pay. I trust this place..

First of all, I would like to say that prior to coming to Austin Automotive specialists we were told our transmission needed to be replaced because the car was shaking and was having problems accelerating or so was the opinion by another mechanic shop. In an effort to get a second opinion, and because they came highly recommended by a family friend we gave Austin auto specialists a try. Upon arrival we explained our problems and findings that other mechanics who recently inspected the vehicle had recommended. Mike went ahead and said they would give it a thorough inspection and see if he could salvage the 15 year old dodge neon. After leaving the car there a few hours later we received a call from Andy stating that indeed the dodge needed maintenance such as spark plugs, air filters, and other general maintenance but the transmission did not need be replaced and gave me an estimate thousands of dollars less than 2 other mechanic shops in the area. These guys are great honest,thorough and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Mike and Andy and his team of highly skilled friendly and most importantly honest mechanics. Thank you guys, I will be back not only with my personal vehicles but will highly recommend you to my employer as well. Glad I found you guys and keep up the great work. We have had serious issues with another local shop trying to push us having things done to our vehicles to the tune of several grand, that had just been done! The other shop couldn't even get our battery re-connected properly after testing it! So we found JT and his awesome crew! JT is always kind and honest with us. Never pushing things! We have taken our 2 older vehicles to them and never felt pressure! In fact today we had our AC serviced at my request:-) then after servicing it, JT returns with that it was a tiny bit cheaper then expected! When you you ever hear that at an Auto shop!?
